It features an oil-resistant seamless thermoplastic elastomer inner core, reinforced with high tensile synthetic fiber, and a highly abrasion-resistant polyurethane cover, making it durable in demanding environments. With an operating temperature range of -40°F to +212°F, it’s suitable for a variety of industrial applications.

Recommended for: 

Medium pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Meets or exceeds SAE 100R7 requirements. For pneumatic or gaseous systems, use perforated (pin-pricked) hose.

High tensile synthetic fiber provides reinforcement, while the cover is made of bonded orange, non-conductive, high abrasion-resistant polyurethane that resists mold and fungus. An anti-stick additive ensures a snag-resistant, slick surface. This hose operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees F to +212 degrees F (-40 degrees C to +100 degrees C).
