Patented design yields advantages over standard Paint Spray Hose

Airless Wireless paint spray hose cost savings achieved by elimination of the need for a anti-static tube.

     A kink resistant, flexible, thermoplastic hose for high pressure and high velocity flow is provided with a flexible braided reinforcement layer containing a patented static drain for ground. One textile fiber yarn with conductive fibers braided with non-conducting textile yarns to form the braided reinforcement layer. An abrasion resistant outer layer of polyurethane is extruded over the conductive brain reinforcement.

     For higher burst pressures and better flexibility, a second braided reinforcement may also be provided over the initial layer. We offer airless wireless paint spray hose in the following configurations:

7102 series two braid Wireless paint spray hose blue

8100 series Wireless paint spray hose red 5000-6000psi high pressure hose constructed with aramid fiber and nylon tube.
