Dyna Flex, Inc. is a U.S. based manufacturer of thermoplastic hose products.  We offer hydraulic, airless wireless paint spray hose, and sewer cleaning hose, as well as a full line of fittings. We can supply solutions for conductive or nonconductive hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems and even lubrication systems. We have also supplied thermoplastic hose for agricultural spraying, forklift, snowplow and mobile refrigeration industries.

Hose System Pressure Chart

Hose system pressure chart is based on hose using a 4 to 1 hydraulic safety factor with a ratio of burst pressure to working
pressure. SAE100R7 and SAE100R8 and Dyna Flex Inc 7102 series hose was used to compile chart. If your parameters or
needs are outside the scope of the chart, please contact us. We are a hose manufacturer and we like unique applications.

Pressure is based on working pressure with a 4 to 1 safety factor used for hydraulic systems.
