DYNA FLEX ANNOUNCES
NEW AND IMPROVED MINIATURE HOSE
ASSEMBLIES, NOW WITH STAINLESS
STEEL FITTINGS
Dyna Flex Inc. introduces miniature hose assemblies in both
1/8” I.D. an 3/16” I.D. for fluid transfer of medium-pressure
hydraulic lines for heavy duty use on hydraulic systems and
lubrication lines. There are now stainless steel fittings as small
as 1/8" available for use with Dyna Flex Inc 3000 PSI WP hose
for fluid power applications.

Applications include instrumentation, automotive, robotics,
brake and clutch lines, and some marine applications. Use
of smaller I.D. hose benefits the end user with less space |
|
needed to maneuver, increased flexibility on the reel, more
length on a reel, and longer continuous lengths. |
|
|
711-03 3/16" I.D. SAE100R7 hose has a 3/4" minimum bend
radius and the 711-02 1/8" I.D. hose has a 1/2" minimum bend
radius for maneuverability for tight spaces. Miniature hose fittings
are available in both carbon and stainless steel material. |

Bend restrictors are available upon request. |

Applications are instrumentation, automotive, robotics,

Use of smaller I.D. hose benefits the end user with
less space needed to maneuver, increased flexibility on
the reel, more length on a reel, and longer continuous lengths.
Be aware of routing hydraulic hose near an electrical source. If
conditions cannot be avoided, nonconductive hose should be considered. For nonconductive applications, we recommend our series
7110 orange nonconductive hose. For pneumatic systems,
The 3/16” I.D. SAE100R7 hose has a 3/4” minimum bend radius
and the 1/8” I.D. hose has a 1/2” minimum bend radius for maneuverability for tight spaces.
A Perforated cover allows hose to breathe and prohibits condensation and blistering. We recommend either black 711P pinpricked cover or orange nonconductive 7110P hose. The hose can handle temperatures
from -60 degrees Fahrenheit to -215 degrees Fahrenheit. If your application exceeds the hot end of the temperature range, we recommend that you take a look at Teflon hose. Private hose
lay lines and branding is available for minimum factory runs.
Our high abrasion resistant polyurethane cover is stronger
than standard rubber covered SAE100R1at and SAE100R2at hose.
Dyna Flex Inc thermoplastic hose has excellent wear, cut, weather, and ozone resistance. It also has a low effusion rate or rate of media escaping hose. Further abrasion resistant options are plastic or zinc plated steel spring guard. Oil resistant sleeving and fire sleeve is available for high temperature conditions.
Hose ends are available in both carbon and stainless steel
material. Bend restrictors are available upon request.
Thermoplastic hose is cleaner than rubber hose resulting in less system maintenance and wear and tear. No oil or rubbers clogs or builds up on valves compromising system effectiveness. Long lengths are available resulting in less drops or waste come inventory time.
