DynaFlex, Inc is a U.S. based manufacturer of thermoplastic hose for
specialty & general applications. Our comprehensive approach of
materials selection, engineering and processing results in
thermoplastic hosing and assemblies uniquely suitable to an endless
array of applications that can involve continuous operation under harsh
or extreme conditions.
We can manufacture thermoplastic hosing assemblies that are abrasion,
cut, blister, coiling, or kink resistant or that display resistance to
oil, grease, weather, ozone, chemicals or corrosion. Similarly we can
produce thermoplastic hose that is non-conductive, that can perform
under high pressure (up to 6000 psi) or vacuum or high or low
temperature (-65oF), that display low vapor effusion or low elongation
or compression, or that is light-weight or flexible or that can manage

Our specialty base thermoplastic hose materials are in the nylon and
polyester families. We also produce or have superior alternatives to
Teflon (ptfe), pvc, rubber, hvlp, & many others. In addition we
produce abrasion resistant polyurethane outer hose covers and aramid
braided high tensile synthetic fiber impregnated or braided hosing
materials. We also produce paint spray hose guards and stainless steel
hose ends. We produce in metric and non-metric measurements with strict
tolerance levels. Our hose accessory division competes with or is a
supplier to Aeroquip, Aflex, Ames, Piranha, Synflex (Eaton), Graco,
Jensen, Parker, Swagelok, & others.
Our miniature hose assemblies (ID as low as 0.125") for fluid transfer
on medium pressure (3000 PSI) hydraulic lines and on lubrication lines
in conjunction with our stainless steel or thermoplastic fittings are
used in instrumentation, automotive (brake & clutch lines),
robotics and marine applications. Our high purity miniature ID hoses
also have applications in the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
